That's not the name. There're two anime mixed together in this video. You can see the difference if you watch carefully. My best guess the name is "fog hill and five elements" You can check it out on RUclips.

O autor criou o anime e uma companhia pra fazer a animação porém perdeu os direitos de imagem ou algo do tipo (não sei muito bem), daí essa animação aí nunca foi finalizada, mas ao que parece, ele prometeu que ainda vai fazer uma longa animação sobre essa obra dele aí... Descobri isso de um tt chinês que é do autor (Lin Hun weibo) não me lembro ao certo e estou sem o link ;-;

This has been released 2 years ago and still I cant find the movie. Did they even release this one?
From what I've read it was never released. Its speculated that this was a demo of some sort that never went into production.
