Bro your gain knob is not a volume knob🤦♂️. The gain is to match the signal on your source unit whether it be a deck, or ipad etc. Turning the gain almost all the way up on your amp is most certainly gonna introduce distortion alot sooner so u really won't be able to turn the volume up on your deck too far before it starts clipping. Putting more power on mids doesn't make them louder, once they get their rms value in power they really won't get much louder. That's why when u switched from the 1800 to the 3000 it wasn't much louder with the gain at half. It would be really nice if u can get an oscilloscope to see the waveform on the amp so that u can see where it clips and set the gain correctly.
If you want to see how much power is going to the speakers in real time you should check out the bass head garage Watt meter. I just got one and was quite surprised at how little power I was actually putting out for the volume I was getting. A lot of it has to do with the changing impedance and this meter will actually show that as well. It seems exactly like the kind of product you would need. 👍
Like the videos bro, but why not just add compression drivers if you want loud. Matter of fact check out ds18 coaxials with compression drivers, they got 6.5 and 10 inch speakers. Those fuckers are loud af with little power. I feel like you would like them.
Genuine question, Isn't the Samart series a better fit? Considering they can put 3k or 5k RMS at 0.5, 1 and 2 Ohms, saving you the need to change the amplifier if the Ohms load change in the future.
@grant86878 alright, thanks for the clarification, so its 3k RMS at 1 or 2 Ohms, which still covers the need for replacing amps if in the future there's a need for a 1 Ohm load. Although I have seen a test of the non-bass Smart3 at 0.5 Ohm, and it is stable.

With all that money spent on everything why not buy yourself a SMD DD1 to help protect your investment?
I need to see your electrical system cause ain’t no way you truly running 10k plus watts off 1 battery and don’t have your gains set the right way😐💀💀💀
What type of horns are those
What happened whit the door panel?

the smart bass series are .5 rated not the normal smart series that can be used on mids
