Tezos is not a company; Tezos is a decentralized blockchain technology, governed entirely by its network of validator nodes called bakers. Even the Tezos Foundation (which,again, doesn’t govern the blockchain, and for which Kathleen Breitman isn’t even a member of) is a non-profit organization governed by committees, and not by a ‘CEO’.
