- Flowdawg is a fun blue jump trail at Powder Ridge Bike Park in Connecticut. There are two optional wooden drops and several doubles and table tops throughout the run. It’s a great way to warm up for the bigger jump lines at the park.
Trail Detail:
Once you exit the lift head left. Flowdawg is .3 miles (1500 ft) away but it’s an easy pedal. The entrance is located between Gentile Giants and Raptor. At the start there is an optional wooden drop which measures about 4 ft. You don’t need a lot of speed and the landing is smooth. After a few table tops you will reach the second drop which is also about 4 ft. This one can been ridden hard if you want as the landing is plenty long.
The rest of the trail features several more deep berms and jumps, but it does get a little loose and chunky until you reach the intersection of Raptor. The last part is relatively tame and will dump you out to the right of the lifts. Note: This is a great little park, but the lift ride is very slow. It will take you about 12 mins to reach the top so plan your runs accordingly.

Nice little jump line in the beginning there... But you're right... Could have done a bit more with the bottom section... Didn't need much, but it did have that "let's just use this bit to get back there" vibe to it... Especially after the jumps up top...
