Never been injured at that time but after 5 weeks of training and playing games My Ankles keep getting injured I’m out for like 2 months atm. I've had two ankle surgeries in the last 2yrs Every time I try to do the therapy at home exercises.I get great swelling in my ankle which causes pain I have a LOT of never damage what would you recommend I really don't 🎉want NEVER Block & Ive already had a cortisone shot and 3 days the pain BUST through the cortisone shot I feel like I'm about to SNAP because I thought I was going to have this surgery and i would be getting back to my life new and better things
Calf and underrated muscle is the tibia muscle make sure you take it easy as you don’t know if you’ll injure yourself bc of big weight start easy make research
