Hahahaha, it could be a Glitch but at the same time someone might have erroneously requested to upgrade your package while he/she wanted to upgrade theirs. This might cost you. So Just Call PTCL and JUST CONFIRM which package is active on your line, if they tell you that it's 6 Mbps then it should be fine, you may keep using then, but if they tell you that it's 15 then launch complaint and downgrade your line rate buddy.
Sir u didn't mention about how to find modem+router ip And sir when I asked ptcl for fast path they said that the ping will reduce but wifi will disconnect. Is that true???

Office network me firewall baar baar ping krna chhoad raha hai but koi fix time nhi hai problem track krne ke liye koi software hai kya

Good to know that you use fibre internet... As your'e using torrents that means you'd be using VPN too.. that can be a possible reason.
