  • This is an emotional film (lots of tears) as I reveal my lightbulb moment when reading some research about Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD). I talk about the disorder and how it manifested in me while Christian was a missing person. I try and explain what it was like to have a missing loved one, and how hope keeps you stuck in grief.
I also highlight less obvious forms of grief, such as being made redundant and lifestyle changes, which can also lie buried and cause mental anguish.
In this film, I also set out my purpose to help others by writing a book about what helped me move out of PGD.
