I've been hearing a lot of that! Haha. She'd only had one flight prior, was SUPER thermic, and she wanted to make sure it checked out ok. We definitely plan on sharing her flights as soon as the weather here clears up! =D
That is awesome! Congrats Leandra, I cant wait to see some vids of her flying it! Im going to be that guy for just a second lol, I noticed while I was playing with the maverick last week that if you route the net connecting point behind the vertical part of the frame to the net standoff then when you collapse the arms for transport it will not rub on the net connecting point. Probably not worth even noting but for what ever reason I felt the need to appear smart/ important for a second haha.
I run the tightener lines that same way on my Maverick. Was a tip I learned from a British guy that did an unboxing/setup video about a little over a year ago. Should save those lines from getting damaged by the swing arms.
I got into free flight with a dual-purpose wing (Kona), so that I can move into PPG, when the time is right. I've had my mind set on the AC Nitro 200, for a while. But, more and more, the idea of the Atom 80 is growing on me. While I realize I won't be taking off like a fighter jet, the combination of light, smooth, quiet, with fit-and-finish... Going to have to find a way to test fly both, for sure.
stephmon I enjoy having the Atom 80 when I am not planning on going nuts. I took it for a LONG flight across the desert the other day. It was super smooth and incredibly efficient! I would definitely consider it to be my cruiser.

Hey Mark! I weigh 185, but I think that it is important to note that when I fly the Parajet Maverick with the Atom 80, I am simply cruising, opposed to doing any real aggressive flying. If I were to be tearing it up down low, I will definitely go for my Maverick with the Moster 185 Plus because it has a better climb rate (aka more thrust!). Today, I was simply flying to my friends house and enjoying the scenery. The Atom 80 is super smooth, very quiet, and incredibly efficient! The Moster 185 has more power, more vibration (but not bad by any means), and its louder. These are all just things to consider. I like to imagine that those who are coming from paragliding (free flight) might actually appreciate the Atom 80 more since they generally would be more efficient pilots to begin with. Once again though, if you really want to tear it up down low, you may want to consider the Moster 185. Hope this helps!!!
