What is a good ratio of carrier oil to the Moringa seed oil for topical use? I was hoping the apricot kernel oil would be a good carrier oil?
Another question! Any recommendations for books that cover these remedies? Moringa was not in the essential oil books I have looked at. I would like to know more about the less commonly known oils/seed oils/kernel oils/roots/herbs we can use:)
You'd likely have better luck looking at books about Ayurvedic herbs as that's the tradition it comes from as I mentioned in the video
