It added layers to the galactic emperor & seems more believable in my opinion. I don't know why Frieza was okay with the prince ignoring his orders, enough to not have them all killed so that he'll think all the Saiyans are extinct.

I like to believe that at one point, Raditz did actually care about his parents and brother, but considering he was working with Saiyan elites and Vegeta, he eventually had to get rid of all care and love for his family if he didn’t want to appear weak to his team members. Saiyan class is basically just what is considered your strength at birth but the society fails to account for anyone actually rising above their own given rank like Vegeta does to Goku initially.

Raditz gets a lot of shit for being weak. But people ignore that he’s a kid here fighting with elites. He definitely has bardocks genes and kakarots potential.
They most likely either died during some of Frieza’s missions, or were critically injured like Nappa in Z and subsequently killed by Vegeta to avoid zenkai boosts that could threaten his power.
Presumably they died at some point between DBS Broly and the events of Z, most likely during missions on behalf of the Frieza Force like Purple Emerald said, or maybe were killed by Frieza himself to "thin the herd" of Saiyans, making it easier for him to keep control over the two younger Saiyans and Nappa. Still I thought it was interesting that they introduced two other older Saiyans as part of Nappa's squad with Vegeta, they could have just had Nappa, Raditz and Vegeta alone on the planet and no one would've questioned it but they went out of their way to introduce two other Saiyans to their crew.

I think here at least, Raditz was putting on an act to appear tougher and meaner to his Saiyan peers, including Vegeta. It would appear unbecoming and weak of him to have an emotional outburst and beg the elder Saiyans to take him to go find his brother. By the time of the beginning of Dragon Ball Z though, I think Raditz's experiences under the Frieza Force in the years between DBS Broly and DBZ had genuinely hardened him and made him more malicious and uncaring, and he soon put Kakarot to the back of his mind, at least until the events immediately before Z that motivated him to go find and recruit him.

If you look in the background those aren't Saiyans hovering behind Bardock. They're Freeza's men. Plus Bardock is battle-damaged, which means the space battle still happened.
And no, none of the movies from DBZ saga, besides Battle of the Gods and Return of Freeza, were ever considered canon. The canonization of Broly and Bardock was one of the main goals from this movie, as well as recreating them in Akira's vision and seeking to make their stories and characterization better(especially Broly).
So sad But at the same very interesting how Freeza being such a character that provoke so much hate in the story line of DBZ it became a main protagonist and something that is evil but sometimes needed to achieve a goal that is good. Cool
Actually there's no evidence that shows that Gine and Bardock told Goku to take over Earth Actually the main reason they even sent him there was to keep Goku safe and to Actually live his life.. Raditz most likely assumed that he was sent there to conquer because that's what Saiyans are born to do
Seeing Raditz roughly the same age as Vegeta and Vegeta seemed more vile as a kid than Raditz, gives another reason why I think Raditz woulda been an awesome addition as a Z-Fighter if he had survived.
In fairness to Raditz, I think he was trying to emulate the way Vegeta was acting to be cool, since he seems shocked that all Vegeta cared about was not getting to be king.
It would be cool to have a game based on playing with, unlocking, or creating your own band of Saiyan's to go around conquering other planets for The Cold Clan, The Heeters, Space King, etc. Each member of the cell should be capable of different feats of Saiyan abilities like variations of planet destruction, summoning artificial moon, manipulation, Great Ape total control, fighting protege, technique protege, etc. Different classes & rank systems where each rank has different styles of living and may optionally inhabit other planets. Various planets should also have different rankings for military, population, & natural profitable resources.
You could slowly recruit survivors that were sent to conquer other planets as infants. They’d be of varying appearances, ages, genders and power levels, and have different growth potentials and backgrounds. They could have a relationship system that gives them different perks with each other, like rivals, best friends, lovers, ect. You could even have a mode where they’re all randomly generated.

Raditz went to earth because him vegeta and nappa were in the process of taking over a planet but they needed more man power thats when Raditz remembered that kakarot is still alive

I think here at least, Raditz was putting on an act to appear tougher and meaner to his Saiyan peers, including Vegeta. It would appear unbecoming and weak of him to have an emotional outburst and beg the elder Saiyans to take him to go find his brother.
By the time of the beginning of Dragon Ball Z though, I think Raditz's experiences under the Frieza Force in the years between DBS Broly and DBZ had genuinely hardened him and made him more malicious and uncaring, and he soon put Kakarot to the back of his mind, at least until the events immediately before Z that motivated him to go find and recruit him.

Most likely what happened they were either killed off from conquering planets with Vegeta Nappa and Raditz or went their own way seeing that there was no reason to stay other than Vegeta's fury.

Bardock was a real one he was the only one who actually was brave enough to fight
He was far too weak to stop the supernova and Frieza didn't even need to fight him. At least he was the brave saiyan but he was done for either way.

If you look in the background those aren't Saiyans hovering behind Bardock. They're Freeza's men. Plus Bardock is battle-damaged, which means the space battle still happened.

And no, none of the movies from DBZ saga, besides Battle of the Gods and Return of Freeza, were ever considered canon. The canonization of Broly and Bardock was one of the main goals from this movie, as well as recreating them in Akira's vision and seeking to make their stories and characterization better(especially Broly).

It would be cool to have a game based on playing with, unlocking, or creating your own band of Saiyan's to go around conquering other planets for The Cold Clan, The Heeters, Space King, etc. Each member of the cell should be capable of different feats of Saiyan abilities like variations of planet destruction, summoning artificial moon, manipulation, Great Ape total control, fighting protege, technique protege, etc. Different classes & rank systems where each rank has different styles of living and may optionally inhabit other planets. Various planets should also have different rankings for military, population, & natural profitable resources.

You could slowly recruit survivors that were sent to conquer other planets as infants. They’d be of varying appearances, ages, genders and power levels, and have different growth potentials and backgrounds. They could have a relationship system that gives them different perks with each other, like rivals, best friends, lovers, ect. You could even have a mode where they’re all randomly generated.

I really wish they would’ve more expand more with official episodes on the backstory of all these Saiyans I mean, even this episode shows more than just the ones in the main series surviving

Raditz had a power level of 1500 - 1600 while Saibamen only had power levels of 1200. He was slightly stronger not equal to them. Lower class Saiyans were equal to or weaker than Saibamen.
