"Link wakes up on a sky island, and after duplicating a bunch of bomb flowers and abusing the gacha machine for 20 minutes, he goes straight to the depths of hyrule castle even though he's not supposed to know how to get there yet and carpet-bombs Ganon with his fully functional army of apache helicopters."
Speedrunner’s version: Link completes the temple of time and jumps into hyrule, he then finds a way to zoom into the chasm beneath Hyrule Castle and defeat lynels and ganon: The end
Right after seeing this video i just saw on my recomended page the part one of zeltik's video on this game's lore with ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES AHHAHAHAHA Ur vid was really great btw u should get more views
The funny thing is (at least thanks to speed runners) that Link didn't need Zelda to power up the master sword for tens of thousands of years. He could beat Ganon in his boxers with makeshift lynel weapons. He was just caught off guard at the start
Gotta go fast! In the speed run the Zelda dragon does still show up with master sword stuck in her head for the final fight, so it does still get used. Link does get to skip all of the sages and do a quick little boss rush instead
