That monster brown is in phenomenal condition. Most amazing set of fish I’ve seen caught in a single session on fly in a Victorian lake!
Wow, nice trout. Cheers. 👍
I love it Tom, when you speak to them and they listen . . . and then do precisely what you ask.
Good work, very entertaining. Thank you.
Recently spent a couple of very cold and windy days a little further to the north-east in Ballarat. I 'spoke' to them and sadly, they didn't listen. Next time.
Fantastic fish in very trying conditions. One could almost think you were at sea the way that the boat was rocking at the start.
Well explained.
8:12 in HOLY MOLEY Stunning brown. And all of them. Well done!
I must take the 'u-boat' back there again one day.
Nice one Tom! That brown was huge!! It’s rare to see you get that animated about a fish!
Great vid Tom, and great fish - that brownie is a stud!!
Great fishing mate, awesome to watch
Another great video Tom . One question are you drifting with a drogue and electric or just using the electric?
Thanks John, and I was using both a drogue and electric motor
Amazing Tom...thanks for sharing mate
Awesome video cracking fish
What an epic session mate!
Another awesome video mate
Far out mate! What a donkey on the bung!
Epic fish!!!! Quick question - do you find that sink 1 sink 3 line useful for applications like this? I’ve got my eye on them!
Thanks and yes, it’s perfect. It sinks a bit quicker than an intermediate line but isn’t so fast that it limits itself and different retrieves
Mon dieu!
Sacre Bleu!
Incredible Tom. What a day! Do you you use a drogue at all for windy days like this or do you just rely on the leccy?
Thanks mate! And I use both the drogue and electric at the same time
What are they feeding them in that lake???
I was smiling listening to you saying “Oh my gosh!” And then you lifted it up and I blurted out “OH MY GOSH!!!”
Awesome
Both the crater lakes have a good population of smelt/galaxid
