How sad.. the great NYC Opera company did so much for music and art in the big apple and around the world... and when they needed 20 million bucks to stay afloat, not one of those New York billionaires came to their rescue. Not Bloomberg, not Trump...no-one! What a loss...all that talent... all those jobs...gone! And us...the richest nation in the world. Shameful!
How about the name of the conductor? I don't know why people can't post the most basic information. There's more to a successful performance of opera than singers. And the tenor deserved to be given credit.
