Does anyone have any idea how to read new Retraction SPEED 5 towers test (7:02) results? I got a strange results: 1st (shortest) and 4th (vertical) segments have no stringing at all, 2nd and 3d light stringing on random height and 5th (diagonal) segment is fully filled wth stringing like a fence. And what does it mean? I set speeds from 20 to 80 with 5mm step. No such tutorials on their Wiki.
Yeah, even when I asked them specifically for help on this, no response. They give you these tools and have no documentation on how to use them... I would suggest trying your retraction testing in Orca...may be a bit easier haha
Creality Print 5 did not support my Ender 5 Pro and the similar printers I tried were set for 10x speed and have moved back to 4 and Pursa Slicer and Cura.
You can still use the measure tool (U). Once enabled, hover your mouse on the object until you see some little spheres. Click one, then click another, then you should have your measurement :)
Some nice new features but I have no interest in sending my prints to anyone's cloud server. I wish 3D printer manufacturers would focus on making good hardware and would install plain vanilla open source Klipper for the firmware instead of their own bastardized proprietary outdated-as-soon-as-it's-released version. I also wish 3D printer manufacturers would release *good* profiles for their printers on PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer and SuperSlicer, rather than reskinning an open source slicer to make a buggy proprietary outdated slicer, often only for their printer(s).
Jest błąd w tworzeniu nowego filamentu. Nie można go utworzyć.
yeah...a possible workaround is to just install a virtual machine, there are a few programs out there that are completely free, just need to get your hands on some Microsoft/mac OS software.
Is the fact that it literally wipes all of your printer and filament settings when you install v6 a feature? Just get Orca. It's the same thing, 6 months ahead.
Haha it's just the glue I was using to get the things to stick 😆 it just wipes off but I didn't remember to do it. Plus there is this random text on the bottom as well, it makes it look like they didn't print properly, but those holes in the bottom are just very small letters. For some reason when I had different settings enabled, it either printed over the letters or did not.
Informative but please slow down. You covered too much information in a short time. I had to continually rewind and replay to understand what you were saying.
Any idea why the print time is soo much slower in 6 vs 5. Same model, default settings, can be double the print time.

How would one measure something on the plate in the new ver 6?

Didn't work with the Sonic pad 😕

this slicer supports cr10 smart? and other older models?
It does the CR-10 SE, but just take a look through the printers in the slicer to see what they have available so far :)
It still won't recognize my ender 5+🤬 works great for my k1💚🇬🇧🌱
Not available yet for Mac or Linux. :(

I wish they would do something about all the bugs and instability.
Wil it support a ender 7 🤔
Hopefully soon!

Wellllll...it's not supposed too...but ya know..Creality... XD
It doesn't wipe any profiles. It just doesn't transfer them. For me 6 had nothing, but 5 retained all profiles
Creality 6 doesn't slice supports, but 5.9 does lol
Mate great features but wtf happened to the first layers on feature 7? those look terrible. I know it's not the focus but dude? Whats that???

It doesn't work
New version with the same bugs as version 5 XD
pandagoo
Hmm, looks a lot like Orca, Prusa, Bambu slicer.
That’s because it is, in the About section they mention all of those slicers
They all share the same core, Einstein

You are the second person to comment on the pacing 😆 apologies if it was too fast! Will try and slow it down for future videos :)
if you trust this buggy piece of crap... :-) orca will copy the cool features but do it properly
Anything from Creality is trash. Don’t buy it.
The K1C is awesome, it prints perfectly every time. I'll stick with creality thanks
The Ender 3 V3 SE Is amazing and great for beginners. I think i will stay too thanks.
3D printing is not for you
