interesting about jeeps yet they were on every Sat morning when I was a kid Gene even included airplanes to sci-fi like underground world etc. They were different from cowboy westerns like Tim Holt, Bob Steele and Hoppy with numerous others of the 30s40s. Westerns were a part of our culture growing up in the 50s also for our dads who went to theatres in 30s/40s to see old time cowboys like Tex Ritter and even Flash Gordon actor Buster Crabbe played a cowpoke in many pics. I could go on.n on
Cowboys and Jeeps how odd plus open carry. They dress like the 1800's cowboys but the jeep must be a 1940 or 50 something. What an interesting show I must watch and digest.
Thanks for uploading
I think that they used two versions of Nellybelle one has large hubs front and rear the other one has a small set of hubs on the front.
Excellent episode !
CowBoys and jeeps were common in a few westerns, like Gene Autry and Roy Rodgers, show. back in the early 50s As a kid I loved these shows.
