3:41 This lag is caused by how Stage Builder works. You can't normally build up to the top of the camera, presumably to keep Star KO's visible. To get around this, stage creators put background elements on tracks and have them move up at the start of the match, then never come back down. The problem with this is that the game is bad at handling complex moving parts in custom stages, so it lags during this short period.
Other problems inherent to stage builder are that all thick platforms have very slightly rounded corners, and all thin platforms have walls on their sides. I can't think of exactly why Nintendo did this, and while there are workarounds for both, neither of them are perfect.
13:36 This actually was a thing in Japan! You could use Wii points to order delivery food.
14:46 These "walls" are max-strength wind objects facing the stage. Typically you can't get through them without being launched really fast, but there are some exceptions. It's kinda like the walls on King of Fighters Stadium, preventing the walkoff from being too egregious.
