What the heck that final clip Marss got was SHNASTY
As a Samus main, I'm SO HAPPY to see people begeinning to understand that Samus has a whole other player-paradigm that is very aggressive and un-campy. Her neutral game at mid/close range is just sooo good, because that grab leads to some INSANE combos. She has bad matchups with some of the top-top-tiers, but I think she's graduated above mid-high at this point. She has to be at least high. She's an amazing character.

Samus main here. Legit played her exclusively, everytime, without fail, for months. I may be biased, but I think she's very high, but struggles HARD in the top-top cast. They all have answers to her.
Pikachu is able to take advantage of Samus's high commitment moves (they have lots of startup and end-lag), is able to rush in, and take advantage of her horrible disjoints at close distance. You could attempt lobbing projectiles, but he simply comes in too fast. He also avoids a lot of her combo game and can combo the shite out of her. VERY few options, horrible matchup in my experience.
Palutena has the insanely fast reflector, and can keep a good distance, G&W has Oil Panic, ZSS has incredible disjoints, which makes her incredibly safe, fast, and easy ability to avoid projectiles, can rush-in like Pikachu, and less commitment than Samus.
But don't get me wrong, she's an incredible character. Especially after the buffs. But after endless hours of exclusive Samus and doing very well, there were some matchups where I was just forced to admit were too much of an extreme uphill battle even with my EXTREME specialized practice with her.
Even though I sas forces to pick-up a secondary, she'll always be my favorite. And it's amazing seeing fracturing paradigms within her play-style. More and more Samuses getting less campy and more aggresive and you love to see it.
As a Samus main, that gameplay from Marss made me very happy, shit was clean 🔥🔥🔥

WaDi started off really strong but fell off later on. His intuitive sense for the game is insane, but he hasn't put in the work for the more complex characters / combos.
Marss' biggest mistake was giving him falcon, but it didn't end up mattering.
Wadi really does seem like one of the most naturally talented smash players but he just doesn’t care enough to put in the effort
