I love how you talk about Sneha learning through trial and error in All This Could Be Different. ❤️ Because you couldn’t be more right. It was an immediate five star for me when I read it last year, but when I went to Goodreads the second I finished it (bad habit hehe), I couldn’t help but feel disappointed and like a lot of readers missed the point of seeing her personal growth throughout the book. Instead they just wanted to “cancel” her for, yeah, an arguably bad take, but one that she ends up coming around on by the end of the book. Anyway it’s very Aquarius of you to be non-judgmental of characters and leave them space to grow IMO 🙂 Also, as a Virgo, you being an Aquarius just gives me another reason why I feel we would be friends IRL. ❤
Emily I feel the EXACT same way! And I think it highlights the importance of more books like these, not just for the explicit sort of themes it was exploring but for the thought exercise and practice in letting people get things wrongs and right those wrongs, instead of just shunning them. I think the way we call people and become better humans to one another needs reform, and this was a pretty cool example of it! I def think a lot of people missed the point too. And hahaha I will say, I LOVE me a Virgo! I def think we wiuld be friends IRL too! ♥️♥️
