Chadwick boseman was dealing with cancer the whole time he was filming Black panther and infinity war . He knew how important it was for this movie to be made and he didn't let cancer stop it from doing it

The line where kilmonger said "just bury me in the oceans where my ancestors jumped ship because they knew death was better than bondage" was really painful to hear because it was true that they did that because they didn't want to be slaves and they thought Dying was a better situation for them

M'baku is also one of Black panther's main villains and the jabari tribe use a wood that is as durable as vibranium. The jabari would come from a tree that is fed by the vibranium mountain that effects the plant life and water in wakanda. That's also why the Wakandans people are some of the healthiest people in the world. While Shuri is one of the smartest people on the planet she's also is a very skilled trained warrior just like the other Dora milaje warriors. That also goes for T'Chala he is a warrior but he's also very highly intelligent in fact he created the black panther suit he wore in Captain America civil war.

Michael b Jordan who played killmonger knew that Chadwick had cancer. Fun fact Michael b Jordan was on the show called The wire and after he got killed off the show he ended up being on a soap opera called All My children and the character he played was played by Chadwick boseman before him . Chadwick was replaced because he didn't want his character to be betrayed as a how they typically betray black people on TV and in movies so after 3 weeks he was replaced by Michael b Jordan

In the comic books killmonger and T'chalA weren't related. Actually Michael b Jordan was the reason why killmonger suit looks like Vegeta was because of Michael b Jordan who's huge anime fan

A lot of people miss the context of the whole T'Chaka not bringing Killmonger home and the confrontation T'Challa had with his father and the past Black Panthers. "Why didn't you bring the boy home?". This is analogy nod to an argument that has always existed between Black Americans and Native Africans. For a long time, there was this question....ok animosity..decades ago from descendants of African slaves on why native African nations never made attempts to bring them back
to Africa. The narrative was that descendants of African slaves were never truly welcomed back to Africa and were abandoned and left to fend for themselves cut off from their African culture and heritage. This is the deeper underlying plot point being explored but telling it in MCU analogy with the Killmonger situation.
And killmonger was the rightful king because technically he did beat them in ritual combat when he threw t'chala off into the waterfall . He also wanted to do what wakanda should've done which was protect and help free all the black people in the world who were mistreated

T'Challa never yielded nor was he dead. So, technically Killmonger wasn't the rightful king, T'Challa still was. It's a technicalitie but that is the actual terms of the challenge.

Suri is smarter than Tony stark . They said wakanda only fought when necessary so I guess the slave trade and black people getting kidnapped from Africa and put into slavery for 300 years wasn't a necessary situation for them to fight
