PERHAPS TURNING 59 has made it physically difficult for you to continue, but I doubt it as you have UFO and paranormal issues now imbedded in your blood. I listened to Art for all those years and felt he was the direct replacement for Long John Nebel, and you certainly are Art's replacement. I can live with commercial breaks, have been doing it since show 500! YOU are the one I listen to on RUclips every night while I fall asleep, and listen to the parts I missed during the day. BUT it is your show and all I can do is express ONE MANS OPINION, as I will continue to listen to a much shortened show!
Glad you are ditching Fadernight. It was more like Moronnight. I rarely say I have zero interest in something, but Fadernight was on that short list. I have more interest in watching Sri Lankan gay women's badminton. I understand having a forum for user engagement, but listening to those driveling idiots that make up 2% of your audience every Thursday night was torture.

Sweet, the radio format is cool but it feels out of place on RUclips. Radio is catching ppl as a distraction from what they're doing, RUclips is more intimate and focused. Switching to the Joe Rogan style with interesting questions and deep thought will be a lot of fun with you! Can't wait!

Huge move in the right direction. More content, more digging, more questions being asked and answered, and more voice for the people we need to hear from. Change is always painful for some, but an unavoidable and healthy aspect of life. Jimmy is a great host. His drive for the truth is a conquest that needs to run free without obstruction!
I don’t mind getting rid of Fadernight, but I enjoyed the way the show opened and it’s format. I bet the algorithms were showing people weren’t tuning in for anything but the interviews. For those of you who always called in on Fadernights, I’m sad. I didn’t personally care for it, but I know most did.

I like the change with news having its own thing. That makes sense. Getting rid of fadernight sounds like a horrible decision. The great thing about fade to black is it still reminds me of that old talk radio style. That is a huge part of the character of Fade to Black. I can't see it being the same without it.
I think the rest is a great idea just 2 hrs and only one commercial break is definitely needed when doing 2 hrs fadernaughts will definitely miss being able to call in
This is a great move I think. More interviews is great. Never liked and did not watch/listen to Fader Night. I will miss the news portion, but if that will be separate, then we can still catch it. No one cares about commercials, so that's a great change. Looking forward to it.
