Great demonstration! I had arm surgery and have used my machine 5-6 times in the last year. Today was the day the doc gave me the go ahead but I the knob to change to various settings, i.e floor, upholstery, etc won't rotate. What is the secret? Broken? Already, can't be!!! Help
Hi Elizabeth. The knob on this model has not been an issue or at least a common issue. Not sure where you purchased it, but if it was new, you should be under warranty, so please take it to the closest Miele dealer and have them take a look.
