    Yoga for me is a re-awakening practice in a creative secret space, a dance of the body connected with the soul in an fluid rhythm.
    It’s about the awareness immersed in the breathing, reaching deep into the beaming light of the heart. It’s a harmony which naturally finds it’s expression in a flow of movement cycle.
