@@ricardocaires8524 3% is pretty decent, and the double pity system makes it above average definitely. Plus the fact we get a lot of free tickets/gems make it even more above average. Just look at GR's gems stack, I got the same. If you go for +5 only on banners that are worth it and +0/+1 on others you can easily save lot of premium currencies in this game
I swear to god that 10 seconds after guitarrock said this banner is a scam I got 3 dupes of her in one 10pull.... +4 in 90 pulls
does seem like it got worse on the rates recently, I feel that way since bunny Loen banner
it's just random, the rates are the same as always. some people get extremely lucky, some gets unlucky, and it will turn.
I pulled Lathel on my free pull, and it was all downhill from there as I didn't get a single Liberta or off banner character with my remaining tickets. Now I'll wait and try again later to try and get her.
same things happened to me with Lathel. 200 pulls and only +1 (including the guaranteed)
I got +5 in less pulls than he got 1 copy
I remember when Beach Terresa banner was up when I first started this game last year and +5 her in 60 pulls...

@@WhanePW Definitely not, usually it's mostly dps gear that matters, and even then only when the exclusive stat is interesting. But yeah the only limited weapon banners are for collabs so far, and even those you get the SR weapon for free so it's not a must have. Craftable weapons do the job very well. I went for Hikage weapon though, cause she's really top tier

70 pulls in Liberta Banner and I got double Liberta (up to +1) and two 5⭐ characters (Ventana and Lathel) lmao

Whenever I feel unlucky (like 50 pulls) I always go back to homescreen. Worked most of the time. Like taking a quick reset.

Yeah it also took me 390 to get Liberta to +5. Seems they definitely tweaked the rates. it's cool though after the anni I just had this kind of bad juju needed to happen. Get it out of the way before the next limited banner and back to saving up tons.
This was satisfying to watch.
When you have to crit fish even with a 92% crit rate multiple times you know something is wrong with their RNG system.
in what content was that ? in some places buffs are nerfed so might be why.

I did 160 pulls to +3 Liberta and I taught my pulls were bad honestly, this is insane!!!
This banner was rough, it took almost 250 pulls to get my first copy of liberta, which means I have her on +1. At least i got 20 tickets back for my troubles but still... Man... I got like 3 or 4 off banner 5 stars. RIP
Does the game give that much currency to pull or did he save for a long time?

During New Hire Nebris I went to +2 in 600 pulls so those are rookie numbers
I don't really think she's a meta changer. You have to reach 10 stacks first, which you already miss out on a lot of damage, unless you're doing a single nuker type team. She also only have 1 constume, which makes her less viable compared to most of the other supports. Maybe I'm downplaying her multipliers, but that's just my first impression lol. Gonna wait until more people experiment with her kit before deciding
i couldn't even get liberta either after 170 pulls
instead i get 3 doods
got bad luck on liberta banner too but not so bad as yours, got 1st on 121 and 2nd on 211, bought 1 from uni dupe and one for dust, prob buy one more from next month uni dupe, and last copy i prob try pull on last day. on cyber levia banner had worse luck didnt got her after 200, so just bought her from dust and i think one from uni dupe

You can't build a team with just her, you need bunny celia and/or pwb refi. So just get the character now, and if you get other build pieces, you can +1 her with the selective upgrade ticket from the shop. Also put her in your last night team asap, she quadrupled my dmg

Got Liberta +1 in about 130 Pulls, I was pretty lucky, got 2 double 5* in 10 pulls (but all of them were off banner)
1.43 and 1.70 are the same rate that I have, the game is fair with its percentage, I also have more than 9000 draws.

i think korean games are notorious for rigging rates because i think there was a issue with a gacha game that secretly rigger the rate, and liberta a is meta character so i think they rigged her rates.
It was Shift Up (Nikke's company) who had a scandal about that. But honestly, I sincerely doubt BD2 devs would do anything like that. It's just 3% with 50% chance to get the pick up unit, that's just gacha you know. Plenty of people got extremely lucky on Liberta's banner

Its all probability. I put 350 pulls on the counter for Ventana +3. And I got Liberta from my first 10 pull. Sometimes you are uberlucky, sometimes its the worst. If you like the game just save a bit and pull again.

Everyone can check their rates. I am a day one player and I can tell you: its all in there. I`ve got some chars to +5 in 80 pulls and once I pulled 400 times without getting the banner char. We don`t understand how mathematics work with our emotional working brain. It has nothing to do with lowered rates.

Never understood why people play a game when the rate is bad and the pity is not the main pick up character.
the 200 pity is the main character, the 100 is random.

Or if you save for worth it units. I'm mostly f2p, and have 225k gems / 380 tickets right now. Just be smart with your pulls and know when to +0/skip. If you care about endgame (FH/GR and even Late night) Liberta +5 will make a substancial difference
