You did a great job cooking everything. I agree...I bought the 28 inch, and immediately realized the first time that I cooked----should have got the 36!!! Can't wait to cook again!
You have a gr8 technique and the tools, but to small of a surface. The 36" is the way to go. You figured that out quick . I have the old Blackstone with the cast iron burners with the front grease tray. Best purchase I've ever made. Love that thing and I treat it like a baby. It lives inside the garage with a cover. Good job, It ony cost a dime more to go 1st class !!!!!!!!!

Boom boom boom. Love it
Apparently Bob Ross is a chef too! "Boom boom boom"
Haha I thought the exact same thing
I talk dirty to my steak too. “Oh yeah. Simmer down now”
I prefer to sear a steak and then cube it.......that sear takes it to the next level. Thats just me tho.
Teriyaki steak, not chicken but still, looks great!
I was waiting for the onion volcano. Great video
BOOM BOOM BOOM!
You should try yum yum source too

Excellent job cooking. I learned much. But please stop repeating Boom, Boom, Boom.
The only problem you don’t tell the people with the temperature set at
He said 400 in the beginning
said 400 at the start of the video
With some proper editing, this could've been a 4 minute video and we still would've gotten the point.
The audio sucks on this video; can’t hear a damn thing he’s saying! All you hear is the griddle and the clanging of his spatula!
Clumsy
Why does everyone call this hibachi? It is teppanyaki.
Because that is what normal people know it as. Congratulations on being very worldly and interesting.
You wasted a lot of rice
Stop repeating over and over, "Boom, boom, boom...", it's a terribly annoying phrase that you are Stuck on.
Wow....go somewhere else Carl....like outside
I mean I enjoyed the cooking but, oh shit....Boom, Boom, Boom...three shots to the head...AND ALL DONE FROM OUTSIDE!
