    You did a great job cooking everything. I agree...I bought the 28 inch, and immediately realized the first time that I cooked----should have got the 36!!! Can't wait to cook again!

    You have a gr8 technique and the tools, but to small of a surface. The 36" is the way to go. You figured that out quick . I have the old Blackstone with the cast iron burners with the front grease tray. Best purchase I've ever made. Love that thing and I treat it like a baby. It lives inside the garage with a cover. Good job, It ony cost a dime more to go 1st class !!!!!!!!!

    I prefer to sear a steak and then cube it.......that sear takes it to the next level. Thats just me tho.
