it's not true you have better time management as you have to leave everything you are doing to do manual about 4x a day. there is not a single free day that you can do your stuff without worrying about having to go back to doing pd at about every 4 hour intervals, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. also, the time spent to shake your body to drain as much fluid out of your adomen is terrible as you have to do it 4 times a day, everyday. there are other cons which I will not mention here.

I concur. With manual PD you actually lose all your time to dialysis. Period
