Alphabetized games 🤤🤤
Also: welcome to Vita Island. I adore that system and it's the only one I actively collect for. Your model is the original OLED model btw, not the slim
Doritji oh wow thanks for letting me know! I had a feeling it was the original model. Stoked either way 🙏🏽
@@TheRetroWorld The OLED model is regarded as the better one tbh. I prefer slim because of my tiny hands, and because it's a little lighter to carry around. But OLED screen is magnificent 👌👌👌👌
Yeah, repairs for DS Lite's gett annoying sometimes, especially when it's something with the upper screen like the broken hinge. Because you have to undo the screws on the bottom, take the battery out, carefully take the bottom off so the trigger buttons don't fling off to nowhere, then undo the screws on the motherboard, then unplug the wifi, and microphone cables, then take out the wifi board, after that, you have to get the black cable to go underneath the cartridge slot and the motherboard, then unplug the bottom screen touch cable, and big cable, then take out the top screen cable, after that, the bottom stuff should all be out by now, so then you undo the screws under the light indicators to get the top part of the bottom half off, then you have to undo the screws under the little square covers on the upper screen, then slide the screen downwards to loosen it from the other side, and gently pry it open, then swap out the part that has the broken plastic piece.
I have fixed about 60-70 DS Lite's because me and my dad thought it would be a great idea to make money while repairing junk systems, only I was the one who fixed them all up by myself while he got most of the money for it, 😂
you're a hero for typing out all of this! that's wild though!
Awesome video. And same on game stop I aient bought from them in awhile. Usually go to the big game store in Youngstown or been getting alot of ps2 games on mercari
Yo I feel you and Mercari rules dude! I buy stuff off their sometimes!
Great video!!! The pokemon ds games have some great value. I bought a vita the day it was released. Such a great system!!!
You’re right about that! That’s what’s up!
I don’t know if you have Family Video in the area where you live, but you can find a lot of Wii U games for super cheap there. Also I have been finding a lot of Wii U games on clearance at Walmart for under $10, sometimes as low as $1. Keep an eye out. A lot of times if you have the Walmart app you can scan the game and find out it’s actually cheaper than it’s tagged for...
Yo that’s good to know! I don’t have a family video but I need to start checking our Walmart for those clearance deals!
The Retro World The Walmart clearance is crazy right now, I’m finding games for current GEN systems for a dollar a lot of times, and a bunch of them under $10. 3DS games are really cheap right now as well I have noticed. You definitely have to scan some of the games with the Walmart app to find out if they are actually as cheap as they are. People call it the Walmart hidden clearance. Also any games you see on the bottom shelf that aren’t on display or games that are on display that don’t have a price tag are totally worth scanning, most of the time they are on sale for super cheap
Cincy Game Hunting I appreciate the knowledge. I’m going to spend a little more time next time I go to Walmart and see. Do you scan the games and just check the Walmart website or will it show them on brickseek?
The Retro World I have seen a couple of them on brick seek. But most of the time is just scanning barcodes on either the displays or the back of the games. Every store has different prices as well. The app will recognize what Walmart that you are in and will give you that stores prices. Watch out though, I have had a couple of times where employees scan it and then they click on the price and it goes to the website price and they will say the the price was wrong. Whatever the first price you see when you scan it that is the price that it will scan for at the register.
The Retro World Also if you see a clearance sticker in the case you can scan it through the glass and usually it’s a cheaper price than what the sticker says. Not always but sometimes
Vita > Switch
For games, I'd recommend: Dragon Quest Builders, Killzone, Persona 4 Golden, Freedom Wars, Uncharted Golden Abyss, Ratchet & Clank Collection, Sly Cooper Collection, Y's VIII, Reverie
Lots of good stuff here by the looks of it! Thanks for the suggestions!
Some great vita games are killzone: mercenary, dragon quest buiders, hotline miami, gravity rush, persona 4 golden. These games is kind of expensive tho. You can search up ps vita buying guide by metal jesus rocks. He explained the system and some recommend games
I love MJR videos! I think I’ve seen that one actually but I didn’t have a Vita so I’ll probably go back and watch it again!
Full Wii U set won’t 🐝 too hard didn’t make too many games
Yeah you’re right!
@@TheRetroWorld how many Wii U games do you have now? Do you have Deus X human revolution? Or xenoblade Chronicles X?
I bought a vita a few months ago with a. 64gb memory card for $30. Worked fine. The 64gb card was corrupt and would not work.
Seth Dean dang that’s still a crazy deal for the Vita alone. That’s a bummer about the card but sometimes it happens
