That's what I said. 15 days in jail is nothing. He's a scared little boy. I was also hit by a dd and fractured my spine. I have no sympathy for him. He needs to grow up

I hope there's a special place in hell for people like that who selfishly get behind the wheel and destroy people's lives. 15 days really is nothing. He should be doing more than that. I went through the same issue with my now husband. He was going to court before we got married. I was not even aware of his DUI case until I got married. Long story short he was also battling with the court to not do time, he was looking into possible doing a year. With his attorney it was always " to be continued ". Until i decided no more lawyer lets face this alone and to our surprise the judge gave him probation for a year with other little things to do. Sometimes lawyer dont help because they want you to keep paying them.
May not be true but this was the case with my husband.
@Makayla Elrod nope. We were young when we got married. But thankfully we were able to move forward and he learned from that mistake. DUI is no joke. Financial it drains you out.

He it sounds like failed to appear and was granted some type of disciplinary action …but he also hoping for another …just because you are on tv there is still a responsibility that the law has to uphold and leniency only goes so far when it’s been abused…

I feel for Ashley bc she wants so much out of life and she's very driven and now all his problems becomes her problems. I understand why she loves him he's a great father to Holly I noticed . As much as I hate to say it here it goes. .. Ashley had to go dance at a club while they was together so from the jump she has always been the go getter and he had been comfortable. He doesn't know how to have that kind of mindset yet. Bashing him is only going to make matters worse. He needs to stop smoking so much it tends to make some very lazy 😴

Court hearings take forever, I hear ya, but sometimes they can be postponed or canceled due to specific circumstances that we us as people can't control. If bar goes to jail then he goes to jail, if not....Then good for him! I would be sick of old Court hearings as well if they weren't taken care of, but like I said it takes time and they possibly postponed it! He'll get what gets and go from there! Simple as that
I can see her feeling like let's just get it over with. Its like a dark cloud hanging over everything they do or plan for.
He said he missed his court date and they rescheduled it...courts never used to reschedule it like that if you did not show up what they did was issue a warrant for your arrest. They never used to fool around with people. Bar did the same with when he was trying to get his GED..missed test missed this that and the other thing.
I'm so over they're boring relationship. I never felt the love from them to. I always felt they were together because she got pregnant. She can do so much better.

Although showcasing their life on national television is their job, we shouldn’t believe that we’re entitled to knowing aspects of their life that they simply don’t want to discuss. This goes beyond professional demands and is just a basic human respect thing.
Both of them are always so rude to the producers, second video I’ve seen where Ashley or Barr refuse to talk about something, grow up this is your job that you guys signed up for
They aren’t the only cast members that refuse to talk about certain things. We all want privacy surrounding certain things and if rehashing those things over and over triggers anxiety for them we have to respect that
It’s not rude to set a boundary, they be telling them to keep going on about subjects that been going on since last season, it’s annoying to be pressed like that and they have a choice of whether or not they want to talk about it.
I think they only say it as firm because if they try to be nice the producers won’t back off lol

What Bar don't realize he could have killed someone driving while drunk. It happens a lot. They need to prevent people from driving drunk to stop the killing before it happens.

They are not being disrespectful to the producers, they just don’t want to talk about it at that moment (FYI, if they really want to know, they can just go to the courthouse to find out). It's not a murder case lol hes lucky it's not a murder case because it could have easily turned I that. I was hit by a drunk driver and I'm screwed up for the rest of my life..
