All people have opinions. What's important is for a judge to realize where the boundary is between interpreting law and personal opinion. When Justice Sotomayor was nominated, we saw that she had said on record that she believes it's right to make judicial decisions based on her own conscience, despite the law. Sotomayor is a great example of a judge who practices poor jurisprudence. Take a look at her dissenting opinion in Horne v. USDA. It's one of the worst opinions I've read and shows a blatant disregard for judicial precedent based on the Bill of Rights.
As a father of two daughters, and someone who loves women, this woman is role model for all of US. Grace, class, calm under pressure, fair and honest. Bravo.
I tip my cap to her regardless the color of the children she adopted. Any child that is adopted into a family that is loved & cared for is a fortunate child. If ACB is not accepted unanimously it's a disgrace. It won't happen but it should.

I believe Amy Coney Barrett is the perfect choice for a Judge. She’s very intelligent, very unshakeable and I believe she will fulfill her position extremely well.
It's also incredibly hypocritical to rush her nomination in October of an election year, when 4 years ago, the Republican majority in Congress refused to do their job and blocked a vote on Merrick Garland for nearly a year. She shouldn't get a hearing unless Trump is 100% being reelected. If you are okay with a Supreme Court Justice being confirmed solely for political power, you are part of the issue with the US currently.

I believe Amy Coney Barrett is the perfect choice for a Judge. She’s very intelligent, very unshakeable and I believe she will fulfill her position extremely well.
It's also incredibly hypocritical to rush her nomination in October of an election year, when 4 years ago, the Republican majority in Congress refused to do their job and blocked a vote on Merrick Garland for nearly a year. She shouldn't get a hearing unless Trump is 100% being reelected. If you are okay with a Supreme Court Justice being confirmed solely for political power, you are part of the issue with the US currently.
