Miles fell into infatuation. It’s completely delusional to think it’s love. Real love is knowing someone, not just an idea of them. Going through ups/downs and sticking it out - that’s love. He probably “opened his heart” because this girl was different & didn’t chase him. He’s avoidant attachment, so that was probably really attractive to him.

Fair point but you can’t process his thoughts….you can predict but you can’t know…

Miles honestly it will only take the right people to share their feelings to help others!
What you shared will honestly not only help you but inspire someone out there who is going through the same issues.
And I love listening your guys podcast, it’s just feel real and so helpful especially as a man. We tend to hold everything in us and think that we are strong enough to fight against whatever we go through but that’s not true!
We have to talk it out and share it with someone.
I know the feeling of doing long distance relationships, especially when you’re so in love and your expectations is there and you have that dream to become real with her. Waking up every morning expecting a message to be in your phone that come from her, the feeling of not getting a reply back to your messages. And that feeling is always there everyday and the anxiety. And sometimes you think you can do it alone but it’s not true. You have to keep fighting and be yourself and try talk it out.
Thank you for sharing your feelings & you’re not alone man.
    ❤️💙

So good to hear you talk about it from a man's point. It's so refreshing to hear you feel and hurt like we do. Am sorry you have gone through this miles, but you will come out stronger and better 💙

Hi playtime. Just want to say as a female watching your podcast it has been immensely refreshing, just the frankness and sheer bravery speaking about the male mind/mental health etc across all your episodes has been insightful. I think the earlier episodes from the first series were charming in an unpolished, unfiltered way that was entertaining to watch. Progress, not perfection. 🤗 Keep up the good work! MILES, VULNERABILITY IS ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR STRENGTHS. SHATTER THE ILLUSION OF IT BEING A WEAKNESS IN MEN. In case you're wondering I too am on the journey of self discovery/amelioration/evolution/transformation/unconditional love. It's tough but it's worthwhile. I'm guessing you are one of the chosen twin souls descended from another galaxy to ascend and transcend 🤯. You naturally feel incomplete therefore try to fill the void with quick fixes and instant gratification. Stay strong. Nothing worth having comes easy. Just know that you are not alone, you never have been. As twins we are all in this together and know that when you have spoken out I have had a lot of "me too" moments. Thank you for sharing. Never let anyone mute you. Never let anyone dissuade you from your path. And always listen to your intuition, it knows best. Be kind to yourself as you would a bestie. Find inner balance. Don't deny yourself any aspect of your being which I think is why you're no longer connecting, it's the feminine energy. Being authentically you is priceless. Trust me I relate to the struggle in a world that is constantly asking of you to be the same as everyone else. Just being you suffices. Big hugs, all the best, a fellow twin. xxxx ❤️

Miles. Your parents, sister and true friends must be so proud of you. And Charlie boy, what a friend you are. Lots a love and continued growth. XxxX

Love is subjective and the word covers many forms in todays language. Being “in love” is dangerous, it disguises itself as true love and can cause many traumas, it’s great to see you touching on this complex subject and my heart goes out to you ❤ 🙏

what a beautiful fucking speech. wtf. i’m going through the same miles. i fell in love. everything was similar in feelings between me and him but he’s not ready… but like you miles, i fought for it and put my vulnerability out there anyway and he appreciated it and stuff. we’re friends still but i had to walk away from the thought of us. but at least i have him in my life as a friend… you got this miles. thank u so much for sharing your souls journey of it … it’s fucking hard. your heart is rare. ❤ sending you love and good energy

This is like that episode of friends where Joey (normally the sleep around, womaniser) actually feels something for a girl and it doesn't work out and he realises about how his actions and words impact the women (and goes through his phone book phoning up the girls apologising... 'hey Mrs X is your daughter home? No... oh well actually I need to speak to you too' 😅)

Thanks for being so honest again! I tried muting it didn't work, you need to unfollow at some point it's fine, obviously still hurts like a ***** now, mainly because you'll always wonder what if but if the other person is not reciprocating then they weren't for you.
