How can you call this a "cake" the definition of a cake is "a form of bread like food" just because you stuck some ice cream in a cake tin doesn't mean it's a cake, that's like me filling a cake tin with water then calling it an Ice cake.

cohen200 If anything this is a Parfait. The first cheesecake was made with a sponge base hence the reason for the cake name, we have adapted it over the years to include crushed biscuits.
