@@darcyburton1348 I can't stop imagining your peeps still roleplaying and talking in characters while you take the bathroom break. Like how you leave the game for a while and your NPC squad would chat to each other
my favorite mission was "Sangre Del Toro" on campaign, and when this played when Marlow found the scaler weapon in the desert with all the abandoned ships. that landscape was surreal and this song reminds me of it
Falconssoar They'd only mess it up T_T **points towards PC Gamer article where DICE devs admit they have no idea why Bad Company 2 is considered the best game of the Battlefield series** It amazes me they made SUCH a good game and yet don't know how the mechanics fit together to make it so good. They made the magic and yet they don't get how it works???
Well, BFBC2's campaign felt more like a personal quest, while BF3's campaign felt like you were just another soldier fighting in a war. I guess it depends which one you like the idea of more.
I feel like the mood of BFBC2 was this gritty special ops unit [even tho its more of a punishment unit] while BF3 went for the "Regular army" feel. I personally enjoyed Bc2 a lot since the characters felt extremely well written. Too bad there wasnt a sequel to BC2
Same here. The beginning particularly reminds me of the "Golden Lion" mission from Medal of Honor: Frontline. Loved that mission. The atmosphere of an late evening in German occupied Holland in the mid 1940's felt spot on.
They use this theme a lot throughout the story I've found. It fits in a lot of places because it's suspenseful and shocking and it goes well with a lot of the scenes.
Anyone know which is the song that plays during the chase scene on the second mission? The one where you are using your grenade launcher from the back of the truck on the snow mountains?
I wonder if Karlsson was inspired by Medal of Honor Allied Assault soundtrack while creating this one here. Quite similar in several moments for instance 1:17
The song makes you think back to the American and Japanese forces fighting over that island. then it makes you think about the lives lost, how the submarine got in the condition it is in and how the ocean disappeared and left wrecked ships, the gamers demand a Bad company 3. there is more to the feeling it gives which i do not know how to explain.
it turns from Indiana Wars, the Skull Strikes Back to Jaws pretty fast, thend jumps to Battlefield Bad Company then turns to Shnider's list, how many references are you gonna make EA?
I agree. Nice explanation. Xbox one is getting backwards compatability so you can play 360 games on xbox one. I wanna get battlefield bad company 1 and 2.
@TalonMercenary Yeah. But I thought I saw Haggard pull out a piece and give it to someone. I can't remember if it happened, but I'm pretty perplexed by it.
"Medal of Honor (MoH) is a series of first-person shooter video games. The first game was developed by DreamWorks Interactive (now known as EA Los Angeles, formerly Danger Close Games) and published by EA Games for the PlayStation game console in 1999"
One thing, this reminds me EXTREMELY.. EEXTREMEELY of WoW! If you ever have played WoW, you just must confess that this is almost.. no it is exactly like a WoW soundtrack, Violins and Low drums such as the one heard at 0:34.. Damn, im starting to miss WoW now :(
ever notice how many orchestras are used in video games? And people like it too, even though when they are not playing games, they say it sucks. Ever thought about that?
It sounds so much like Indiana jones!!!!
Thats why this is co intens
Thought i was the only one lmao
Which is why I am going to use this for the intro of my upcoming Indiana Jones D&D campaign
@@PaulRudd1941 It ended up being a one-off, but it was a pretty dope one-off I will admit. Hope that I'll be able to come back to it in the future.

This Battlefield: Bad Company 2 theme reminds me of both Indiana Jones and Star Wars.
Especially Indiana Jones.
was going to say the same thing. It is especially like Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy.
my favorite mission was "Sangre Del Toro" on campaign, and when this played when Marlow found the scaler weapon in the desert with all the abandoned ships. that landscape was surreal and this song reminds me of it

@KaiserFritt0 it reminds of a song from wow called: echoes of the past ;)
@2wakka4dis what episode?
Indiana Sarge and the last cowboy cheerleaders...
1:54 feels like a scene out of a NOIRE CRIME MOVIE OR SOMETHING!
Medal of Honor is from the same maker as Battlefield. So that's why it sounds similar.
Medal of Honor was never developed by DICE. Medal of Honor also predates Battlefield as it first came out in 1999.
"Medal of Honor (MoH) is a series of first-person shooter video games. The first game was developed by DreamWorks Interactive (now known as EA Los Angeles, formerly Danger Close Games) and published by EA Games for the PlayStation game console in 1999"
ElementGamersHD DICE only worked on the multiplayer for the 2010 Medal of Honor
ElementGamersHD You are confusing publisher with developer, EA published both, but DICE only developed one of these two franchises.
ElementGamersHD EA Los Angelus doesnt develop Battlefield. EA DICE does.

i had lego indiana jones 2 and a soundtrack in this sounds no different to this
Reminds me of Indiana Jones and every scene involving Ewoks in Star Wars.
Anybody else getting an Indiana Jones vibe from this one?
@2wakka4dis
very much so.
Sounds similar to Gears Of War Soundtrack - Fenix Estate.
And your also right about the sound affects. The sound affects are better in bad company 1 and 2 than bf3 and bf4.
like star wars
Half life 3 bfbc3 why all game that are most waited have the number 3 in them
