A lot of DSPs have issues with Rivians right now. Being that only Rivian can fix them. We are a third party repair facility for Amazon. We’re trying to get certified by them to do some repairs on those vans. We are a lot quicker than dealers so should be fun
Great question! There are lots of variables, the easiest answer is that it depends on which vehicles are available (some may be pulled for routine maintenance, damage, etc), available qualified drivers (Step Van and EDV need additional driver training), and route size (a 350 package apartment route requires a bigger vehicle to fit all that cargo, so an EDV may be assigned instead of a cargo van). Amazon pays for gas/charge either way so that’s not as much of a factor.
Brutha man.. do u know an easier way to open the bulkhead door without going into the screen? :) I don’t like going into the screen every time and sometimes the screen shuts off.. and it wont turn back on unless im in the drivers seat

I feel you! One thing would be hitting unlock on the fob, I think that opens the bulkhead. But yeah, the key doesn’t always connect right away!
We have a Mercedes rental with no shelves. 14 totes and 35 OF one day in it. Not fun. 0/10 recommend.
