I'll have to respectfully disagree with you on that one. I've helped people that have contacted me this year from this channel that have bought houses anywhere from $185k to over $1M. There are homebuyers buying houses in every price point.
go just north, into SW Mississippi, Amite county, low property taxes, 38 acres and a home, appx $300 per year, NO traffic, very little crime...........NO FLOODING !!!!! Who, in their right mind, WANTS to live in BR , part of the POLICE STATE of Lousyana ?

Watson is better than Denham in my opinion. Live Oak schools seem better and Watson is not as crowded. Watson is growing fast though.
