This video shows how the vibrational stretching frequency of c-o bond varies in various metal carbonyls from that in free carbon mono oxide.
Thank u so much mam it really helped me in my exam the same concept came ❤❤
Thanku thanku thanku so much,,, itna kom time me app ne pura matter bohot a66ese explain kiya😊😊😊👍👍👍
U r really a great lecturer mam....thank you mam....
Thank u so much ma'am. It's very good and clear my concept
thank u mam ... plz keep on uploading such videos .... students like me needs u .... i cant b able to go tuition for #net exam
Good work mam keep uploading we need more videos.
To much helpful
thaks ma'am........this is vry hlpful....
I think in order To(CO)6 should be in second position in decreasing order ,,,please ans
Ti complex where are the 2 anion?
Also order is right. But negative charge on Vanadium will effect frequency ?
Because Ti has only one electron so it should have atleast pair of electron to do back bonding. So therefore it's of lower order
I just concluded that
Ti (CO)6 has lower stretching frequently because it possess no back bonding.
Because of d1 system
As 6×2 = 12 Carbonyl electron
2s2 d1 = 3 electron /18
3+12 e/18
15/18
Ti complex do not follow the 18 rule how it will form because it is unstable
I think mam forgot something it may be 2- electron present.so -ve charge increase pi backbonding so lower vibrational stretching frequency...
Actually its -2 charged....i guessed she missed it
@@PriyankaJainchemistry Maam you could pin a comment stating that so no one get confused 😊
@@renz9168thank you 🎉
Nice lecture madam
How to find the nature of the back bonding by ligands is it by spectrochemical series mam ??
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😇🙏Thanks a lot dear Mam
Just was helpful from start
Thank u mam
Tysm...last qn there is a error as it is [Ti(CO)6]^(-2)
Very good
How [Cp(CO)2Fe]- has d-8 configuration?
thank you 🤗🤗🤗 mam
👌👌👌
Which have more stretching frequency between co and co+
can u tell me how fe is d8 and d6
in feco5 and feco4br resp.
she used the 18 electrons rule
thanks
thank you mam
plz make nitrosyl compounds..especially bent linear nitrosyl compounds
also about carbonic anhydrase
thAnkz
can u pls add a lecture on the strechimg frequency of nitrosyl ligands@priyanka jain mam
mam ur way of explaination is quite gd but l didn't get d concept of last problem plz explain ........
ok got it , thnx :)
Last Ti complex is neutral. Then why it doesn't exist in 2nd position
Why bridging have less. Vibrational frequency than terminal
madhu arora, note that the electron count cant tell us about the existence or absence of the bridging carbonyls. This has to found from the experiment
mam Tico6 will be on 2nd postion here its having less d electrons and poor back bonding here ..i tnk [TI(CO)6]-2 HAVE less but here u wrote TICO6
about Metal to ligand & ligand to metal charge transforme
plz ans why pme3 better electron donor than pph3 as a ligand
Methyl is e- donating so it inc. e- density
here in last example all are in d6 configuration
Howz u define electronic configuration......🤔🤔🤔
Last example plzzz explain configuration
Theres confusion wrt Ti(CO)6
Actually it is Ti(CO)6 -
I have corrected it in comment box
mam send video about carbonic anhydrase
OK mam.
I have a doubt on Ti(co)6
See my reply on shemuli zafar.correct me if I m wrong.it will help me..
and also have d6 while To has d4
Madam in last problem Ti complex has less electron density means lower backbonding so higher frequency na but u give lower frequency plz explain
Priyanka Jain how it will observed mam
Now accepted madam
Plz give reference book for this concept madam
Me Jee aspirant among gate aspirants xd
mam I am preparing iit jam 2018 plz send
sorry all
Just reading give reason
mam send quickly I am preparing iit jam 2018
Result?
