  • Recording quality isn't great because it was taken from stream, horrible fight for low bitrate.

    The Transfer from intermission to P2 was so clean, still haven't managed to pull that off myself!

    Let me start off with awesome video! I am thinking about taking up frost but I do not know where to start. I know there is two separate builds being Obliterate and BOS. Are both viable or is one way better than the other?
    I am also interested to know if you will be posting any other content in wow? Thanks for the video!

      thanks for the kind comment
      obliteration has a place on pure single-target (in a vacuum) alongside breath for raiding, but they're extremely close. Sims also can't properly reflect some of the higher-end outcomes of breath which you can almost always take advantage of, so it's really best to learn the breath playstyle.
      in terms of future wow content, I don't know if I'll upload anything other than PoVs. I've had some personal interest in making videos that cover dk / raiding theory, my thoughts etc, but I'm not sure what kind of approach / format I'd use, or what kind of topics I specifically want to cover seperately.
      Usually people who want the help are motivated enough to reach out anyway.

    Great kill and pov! How did you organize your p2 groups for shield? (positive middle, two groups of negative outside). Any possibility you could share the p2 shield WA +/- saying symbols and inverted?
    Appreciate your help in advance.

      hey, thanks
      the outside (negative) groups are haphazard, the simple rule is to find and form a clump, planting with casters, or moving to a larger clump with melee as you ideally want more than 2 people in case of inversions.
      from what i remember re: stormsurge; we just used the liquid pack, but I cut out a bunch of things from rasz that I didn't personally find useful (you'll still need the parent WA) wago.io/LiquidVault
      I'm pretty sure BigWigs is doing the /s for polarity but I'm not at my PC to check. It'll be in the rasz pack otherwise.

    Noticed you run ahead of the group for the 2nd add set during the first intermission, is there 0 chance the Breath targets you if you're not in the clump?

    • @VerrsDK
      @VerrsDK  Год назад +1

      yes, the breath will only ever target the largest clump of players. letting the dk run to the ruiner is ideal so long as there's no risk of breaking the shield on it.

    Unholy playable here? Or would that be a bad choice.

    • @VerrsDK
      @VerrsDK  Год назад +1

      playable for sure, you just don't have any middle-ground between the ST build and being able to run (almost) any aoe at all for the intermissions. you'll really want to be running ST, because every other build is just a cut below frost where boss damage is crucial.
      this is enough of a dealbreaker for no guilds to run unholy so far and while I agree, you can get by as long as you still maintain priority damage on the second Zealot in the first intermission. you will feel some more growing pains while progging that part of the fight because of just one person doing less aoe.
      good luck
