      Thanks, it was not what I was expecting so I’m glad I did it. No pinching this year so let’s see how it goes.

    You can make a frog with masking tape at the top of the glass water cup to help the plant stand tall

      Thanks, I do this when I am arranging my flowers but didn’t for these as they were just propagating before being replanted.

    Just happened on this. Did the water-rooted plants do well once you put them into soil? I'm getting ready to take fall cuttings to overwinter some plants. TIA!

      Yes! The water rooted plants did the best out of them all including the ones I pinched. The soil rooted ones were by far the weakest, least productive plants.
