Also, the population seems to be slowly getting taller. Higher counters and sinks also help. A short person can use a step stool, but a tall person can damage their bodies, esoecially with repetitive motions.
Being a baker or bakery worker is difficult.
It can cause damage to the body long term, small and affordable measures can be taken.
Small empty box to lay your wrist on to weigh goods, some way to raise the counters, staggering work, etc.

What’s with all the suggestions on tables and sinks and step stool? They already know what they’re doing and believe it or not, these bakers, these people, actually can figure it out if they need all that. The population isn’t getting taller. If it was, it would be reported all over the news. People inherent genetics from their parents and from relatives like an aunt or uncle. If they’re short parents then the child won’t grow taller than the mother and father, maybe they can grow a couple of inches taller but not a few feet taller. No matter the size of an adult, any adult of any height will still have back pain and leg pain, any kind of aches and pain because work is never easy on the body. They know what they’re doing. Lol

In the United States, people complain about small SSI and retirement checks, but i wonder, does Japan have retirement checks from the government also?
Here in the U.S., poverty hits people in different ways, a lot of money goes wasted but a lot goes to people that need it, including government subsidized housing.
I have only been in an airport in Japan and noticed how honest and patient the cashier at McDonald's was when i had no idea what currency money i had.
The one thing that human beings have in common is wanting to see elders and seniors who worked their whole lives be comfortable. This man whose wrists show in the video needs a small vacation and maybe a small box to lay his wrist on by the scale for when he weighs stuff.
And maybe some staggering of work patterns. You can see that his wrists are in pain, wearing and tearing at the same tendons in the same motion for too long.
I realize how grateful i am for government disability insurance and retirement checks here in the United States. Neighborhoods can be bad, lax on true crime, inability to deal with the most serious of crimes, kidnap, rape, terrible stuff, but at least i get a disability check.
I hope your wrists hurt less and get better.
Surgery is not always the best option, sometimes small, opposite motion execises help, maybe those handheld medicine spheres to rotate around while resting the back of your wrists on a small pillow.

My name is not christine ji, christine ji is my kidnapper's biological daughter.
My kidnapped name is kelly kwon, i believe my birth name is Galiel Gwang, though unsure. From what i know, my mother may have been Japanese.
    ***
When i was a small child, toddler, my father's friend got robbed at gunpoint while running a pizza franchise. I believe he may have also gotten kidnapped. (The United States has fallen behind in dealing aggresively with bad ethos people.)
I would occasionally go and knead dough at the pizza restaurant to see if i can see his daughter or wife, who also lived difficult lives, having their father get stolen at gunpoint. (Wicked ethos damages all of humanity if not aggresively dealt with.) What i noticed was that kneading dough on lower surfaces was more difficult.
Maybe the United States has small retirement checks, but it is a bad place. It is not a good place to vacation. One New Zealand tourist got shot to death recently. They are also racist against Asian vacationers because they think that all Asians are wealthy. Also, much of the crime is unreported so the statistics do not show the violence of robbery and things like that.
Los Angeles is a bad place.
The bad ethos people in Los Angeles see all good things as a challenge. Once a long time ago, even our poorer neighborhoods were not so bad of ethos. But these days, with the laxness and some corruption in government, the might of domestic terrorist groups, violent crimes have spread even beyond Los Angeles borders.
The United States, in all frankness, needs to lose some money until they learn to deal with the domestic problems plaguing the major cities. Large corporations and companies with small minded men focus more on money making and things like google phone nano chips that they have lost sight of the initial reason for government, safety.
The role of a government is to protect its people so that the people can love and thank them back.
My government grew lax enough in one blink of an eye that domestic terrorist groups have silently taken over in certain cities.
..and the root of it all was things like kidnap, the love of rape, the love of money, jealousy, covet, lying, thieving, bribe taking, etc.
The root of it all was deadly sins.
To kidnap a family's father to steal his business is covet.
To lie and pretend to be a kidnapped child (what keesha is doing to me) is jealousy.
To kidnap a homeless man just to rape to death is deranged immorality.
It all stems from deadly sins.
And the crimes or sins right before deadly sins are lying and thieving.
The crime or sin after deadly sins is hubris.
Hubris is what makes a man want to control the mind of another man through the use of nano chips, or hypnosis, or other tyrannical means.
There is a huge imbalance in the human population in Los Angeles. I am only hoping it is not greater elsewhere.
..i hope that man that was weighing the goods' wrists are okay, they look in pain.
    Don't come to Los Angeles.
It is a terrorized town full of bad ethos, and a mediocre population of mostly indifferent ass holes and a few hard working good.
And yes, money is not bad, but to lose sight of good and right in business dealings and to fail to consider that which gave us life in the first place turns a man blind.
