Echodepth - Attack Release 25th Sept 2024

"Echodepth is an Innsmouth-based music project combining noise, cinematic, lo-fi, and field-recorded ambiences.
Initially started as an excuse to resample previous ambient attempts, Echodepth was inspired by No-Input Mixing Board (NIMB) techniques as a way to repurpose broken gear and experiment with analogue synths on the cheap.
Echodepth soon became a project based around a "use what you have" ethos.
Live performances combine resampled beats, field recordings and melodic elements with improvised NIMB sections, weird vocals, and DIY instruments. Not to mention occasional nods to fish-monster hybrids.

Recently, Echodepth stepped out of the ocean and into the swamps with 'Marsh Droid', soundtracking the story of an android who is desperate to find a sense of self in an unfamiliar place.

Echodepth is currently working on a 'Deep Noise Mixtape' which will showcase some demos in the lead up to a full release when the tidings are good and the seas are calm."
