Do you still pva the blocks before applying hardwall 🤔
Depends on the type of block & suction mate some blocks can just wet down and go straight on others like thermalites will need primer 👍

Can you use your ‘special sbr pva cement primer on all surfaces including painted walls like in your video

Yes mate you can. In this video the paint is bonded on very well so applied the bonding coat directly to the surface as thats what it's designed for to create a bond when working with low suction smooth surfaces 👍
