Halloween II (1981) Opening Scene - How It Should Have Been Done

- I redid the entire opening scene to the original Halloween II with a few minor changes to more so line it up with the ending to the original film.
Changes Made:
Dialogue from the original with Laurie talking to the kids is added back in
Opening audio is changed completely with a different version of Mr. Sandman as well as crickets and blowing wind to sync up with the original version’s opening
Mixed some audio to seamlessly blend in to the new score by John Carpenter and Alan Howarth
All footage from the ending of the first one is added back in instead of mostly new footage, with the exception of Michael being shot on the balcony
Number of shots from Loomis’s gun is six, not seven

I was checking out the the title sequence and not looking in the right place, duh!! . The Tony Moran scene put back in, it works better with it back in. Tony said in one of his more infamous RUclips videos (we forgive you Tony, you've apologised) that he didn't want to be taking advantage of, and being paid lower than scale, so he refused to let them use the footage. So for the sake of a few bucks, they omitted the footage, but it works better left in. Great editing job!👍
