U mention Vendeur Finance - seller financing is it similar to USA? How is that secured? And how to entice seller to do do? Does it help seller minimize the capital gains taxes? Obviously they’re not taking the profits in one year but scheduling it over five or four as long as seller financing?
I think we talked about a mortgage not seller financing. But that could be an option I guess.
