- I didn’t get too many big chunks this time. But as I already mentioned in my tutorial video, it was the first time that I didn’t put the Starch in the microwave first, before putting it in the oven.

Really and truly craving non nutritional things like cornstarch, ice etc is an iron deficiency..
I used to eat ice like candy for like 20 years!
I researched and got a really good iron supplement (blood builder) by Mega Food and my craving went away in like 2 weeks..
I’ve been eating ice since elementary and i’m so addicted it. I have iron deficiency also. I wanna stop but i just can’t. 😕😂

Don't try it, it's very addicting. They choked because they tried to eat big spoon fulls. If you don't suffer from pica then don't try this. I'm telling you from experience.

Edit* i looked it up & its called PICA- its an eating disorder thats actually common- people who suffer from PICA tend to have low levels of iron & zinc. so im guessing thats the reason behind it. taking iron supplements or zinc supplements.
