People defo get triggered by me having my own opinions and my own likes and preferences. People are always trying to change me or sway my views and even control me. It’s very exhausting. People try to project that I don’t know what I’m talking about or I don’t know what’s best for me. It’s very annoying.
Yes! This is something I have only just come into more full awareness of in recent years and it can be hard sometimes to resist the temptation to (pathologically) self-doubt but it’s getting easier… it’s been a journey towards fully claiming myself and my value (not better than others but just equally as valuable as anyone else is with all the various unique life experiences, perspectives, and knowledge we all have and can offer to each other!). But it’s definitely exhausting and can be challenging to not fall into a defensive (of self-doubting) stance in response.
It's a sign for you to then start taking your authority and show people that you know what you do. People listen to energy, if you doubt yourself more than you believe in yourself they'll listen to that more than the amount of info you genuinely have.

pile 4!!! lexi you NEVER disappoint. something has changed recently… i woke up about six weeks ago with a clear thought in my head that i needed to make changes. i broke up with my controlling bf, i changed my day job from reporting to anchoring and directing, i did a color analysis and found out i’m deep WINTER not autumn so i’ve been focusing a lot on wearing the right colors that look good at me, and YES i’ve been going to the gym practically everyday… i genuinely feel like a different person, i’ve felt so alive and full of energy lately… and i think it’s because my ex was keeping me so small, more so i was letting him keep me small. especially with my tarot, he believed it was evil and i was evil… don’t have time for people like that any more 🕺 and instead of interacting with this one girl who has made it her mission to try and make me react to her taunts… i’ve been shutting my mouth and focusing on the filling and new connections in front of me…
