You are right. I do admit that. But it’s only 165g more than the 70-200 minus the weight of carrying an extra lens in your bag + the hassle of a changing lens if you spot a crucial moment during the event. Maybe Tamron can manage to reduce the weight with v2 in the future ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I only shoot Nikon and Hassleblad, so never shot with Sony. Is 16mm the widest for the trinity? Isn't there a 14-24? There's so much difference for 2mm, especially with landscapes and astro.
Awesome video 😎 I have all 3 of these. 24-70 is on my body 80% of the time and the other two spilt the remaining 20% I had the 35-150 but for my needs the autofocus was not fast enough and had a lot of misses but other than that still a fantastic lens
The 3 lenses that the worlds greatest photojournalists have been using for decades yet "candid ,documentary" wedding photographers insist primes are better.
24-70 f2.8 never leaves the camera.... (16-35 in the back and almost never comes unless I want to do some creative stuff with it)
All you need is a 16-35 and Tamron 35-150. Two lenses gets you through 95% of any event.
35-150 so heavy tho. I love it, but I don’t like to use it more than I have to

@@ronyedin i did barely go longer than 105mm with the tamron 35-150mm. Missed the millimeters on the wide end a lot thoug
I guess the diary of a ceo thumbnail format really works, because here I am.
14-24, 24-100, 100-400 for travel
sigma 28-105 f2.8 review 😘😘

There is a Sony 12-24 2.8 GM that is amazing, but very expensive
@tonygerassi1502 ah ok, thanks :)

I’d rather use a 35 1.4 than a 24-70 and an 85 1.4 instead of a 70-200 haha
