Tapping is provided in high voltage side because 1) Fine voltage regulation is possible with high voltage winding as it carries a large number of turns. 2) The low voltage winding of the transformer carries a large current.
Tapping are generally used on high voltage side High voltage side has low current When we use tappings due to the low current on the high voltage side, there will be less sparks and the turns are higher when compared to LV side
Bro whether transformer is step up or step down or power, distribution transformer always it will connect with high voltage side.can you conform me please.
Tappings are generally provided in high v/g side because high v/g side is low current then result is low sparking and high v/g side is more number of turns then result is easy to tapping.
There is practical problem also to apply tapping on LV side because of LV winding is inner layer of wind and HV is outer layer of winding. How tapping could be possible on inner winding near to core? right and practical answer is tapping is always provided on HV winding.
But transformer ka main kaam valtage ko step up or step down karne ka hota h......na ki current kaaaaaa. Vo baat alag h ki voltage up hogi to current down or or voltage down hogi to to current up
Normally the tappings are provided on high voltage (h.v.) winding due to following reasons, 1) A fine voltage regulation is possible with high voltage winding as it carries large number of turns. 2) The low voltage winding of the transformer carries large current.
Sir aap ne jo video banaye hai bahut aachi hai sir muje transformer se related knowlage lena bahut accha lagta hai transformer Lesson is my best Lesson
Q. No-1 sahi ans hai power. Transformer voltage, current and frequency sabhi transfer korte hai primary to secondary side. Voltage and current up or down hota hai but frequency remain same both side. If there is no frequency in supply line, then the supply line is pure DC line, but transformer can't transmer DC line primary to the secondary side. Transformer can't passes only voltage or only current. Transformer means transfer of power, primary to the secondary side. Secondary side power is always less than primary side, because there are many losses.
Super fainstatic video Sir 🙏.bahut helpful hoga sir 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Laminated core used to reduce the Eddy current....not hysteresis loss
For hysteresis using silicon steel material core is used
laminated core used to reduce eddy corrent✅ silicon steel used as lamination to reduce hysterisis ✅
Tapping is generally taken from
High voltage side as the current is low thus chances of sparking is also low
Right
Yes right ...
yess tapping we generally do for dividing the current path ... thats why in high voltage side tapping is done

No right answer is hysteresis loss,,, for Eddy current core material is laminated
Silicon steel is a part of core so those are right
Very good knowledge you giving Sir
18 question me Eddy current losses is the right answer, aur aap ne hysteresis btaya hai
B
power transfer
Silicon steel es liye us krte taki Hysteresis loss km ho or eddy current loss ko km krne k liye tin Trips ka use krte.
With Varnish Lamination
Silicon steel is use to reduce hysteresis loss and we laminate that steel core to reduce Eddy current loss.
