Can anyone tell me how to speak to someone at the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi? Calling there is useless and e-mails are ignored. My Vietnamese wife in Hanoi has to sign documents for our house in America. I'm wondering if she needs to make an appointment or just show up. Thank you in advance for any help
