Actually, it’s supposed to be 80% fruit and 20% vegetables. At least for us copper color people. Most vegetables do not have any nutrient properties, you can find more nutritional properties in fruit and those are good sugars not bad.
DO NOT GET THIS JUICER. I got the Nama juicer and it's a horrible experience. The juice strainer broke during my juice fast and it’s been 1 week I’ve used it. The customer service is horrible. No one has gotten back to me. And they charge a 35% fee plus shipping if you return. Also the 10 year warranty only covers the motor and it’s only a 2 year warranty for the parts and they don’t even sell replacement parts individually which means after two years if a part breaks your screwed

It is very interesting and I do in my Juices always 5 Lemons, so it is a little sour and not to sweet...!!!
