    The past 2 months
    I started with 50 push ups a day.
    75 leg lifts
    After awhile I bumped up to 100 push ups and 200 leg lifts a day.
    This is just what I've done.
    All in under 15min

    Thank you so much! you showed me the light, which is freeletics and i have been using it for 3 months. including going to the gym, eating healthier foods and i have gone from 198 lbs 25% body fat to 176 lbs 12% body fat and pretty shredded.     These exercises can help you lose weight and gain some muscle. However if you really want to have some real gains you need to lift heavy BUT you CAN do it at home.
    You will need a pull up bar and a set of dumbbells preferably with adjustable weight (there are some cheap options, don't get the fancy one's if you don't have the budget). Even if you do 1000 squats a day you won't see amazing results, but if you can do 50 with extra weight it's going to help you a ton.
    Other than that, if you first want to lose some weight, stick with the app mentioned in this video and eat healthier. (like a mediteranian diet or even a vegetarian/vegan diet)

      +theodoro89 I didn't watch the video, but assuming the message is that you can achieve an "amazing body" using just body weight exercises is a plain lie. You will definitely see results, until about 2-3 months where your gains take a huge stall. It will be extremely difficult, and time-consuming (doing like hundreds of reps) just to progress. Even if you wanted to use dumbbells, how would you do the MOST important compound lifts, such as squats, DL/RDL, rows? Sure, you can do these with dumbbells but it is far better to be done with a barbell on a POWER RACK (and easier to progress on, thus to gain mass/strength). Same with bench press, but it's good to mix barbell work with db work on bench. Now, you could either go to the gym with power racks (not PF, btw, they only have smith machines), or purchase one and use it at home. If you were like me, and felt uncomfortable going to the gym due to your skinny body, and did bodyweight/db exercises at home instead, then I'm sorry to say but you should suck it up and GO TO THE GYM, it's far better.

      well , bodyweight workouts are good for losing fat and getting riped , you will also get a strong and endurable body. but if you want more mass and raw strength then there is no way around using weights ....

    I love fitness as well but my problem is food. I'm Mexican and our food is the best food in the world man, i'm talking real Mexican food, not Rubios or fucken chipotle. Exercise is no problem for me but the diet/food part is what becomes hard for me.

A lot of vegetables, I'd reccomend spinach since it's easy to eat and is just fine if you cook it with olive oil and onions, it's simple, easily edible, and extremely healthy, oh yeah broccoli too, try onions with it too though, believe me, onion is the best seasoning that's good for you.

    I've really considered doing freeletics! The only thing I worry about is that I have had a realllly difficult time finding a before/after photo that wasn't sponsored by Freeletics. Almost all of the videos on RUclips are obviously sponsored by them, and even scouring the web you can't really find a good before/after. I want to love it, but I can't seem to find anything!

      Dont believe this shit, vague title like amazing body create an illusion that you can be like him, but in reality that would take more than just follow an app planner to have it. I guaranteed you that guy hit the gym, doing free weight training and have a proper diet to get that body. And to answer your question how to get energy to do all those exercise, you simply dont, these are simply just cardio exercise, they will not build your muscle and just meant to burn your fat

      You get energy by determination to do it, and eating the right foods, if you want to do it you will, if you don't you won't. You don't need to hit the gym, but calisthenics is an excellent way to build strength and muscle. There is no try, only do.

    One simply rule for anyone that is new to working out is to Listen to your body. If your joints or something hurts too much during a certain movement/exercise then stop and find an alternative exercise for that certain muscle, for example i can't do Machine fly for my chest because i once broke my collarbone and it didn't heal in the perfect shape so now whenever i use the machine, i feel a deep stinging pain in the left side of my collarbone.

      в крайна сметка стигнах до извода, че да си прекарам времето в забавление или нещо по продуктивно ми е по полезно на мен.
      има хора на които това си им е като забавление. но не е и за мен. поне не в повечето случаи.
      затова и казвам, че избирам да не го правя. теоретично мога да спестя времето. просто преценявам че има по приятни начини да си прекарам времето, спрямо това което получавам в замяна.

    So I was skeptical of this channel a bit, but liked the videos, and now I can say I'm in with your inclusion of Freeletics.     That shit is nothing but cardio... which doesn't build muscle, go to the gym lift weights done, different days for different parts of your body, simple, lifting anyway is 70% the food you eat %25 the exercise and 5% genetics

      +Johan Vrolix Yeah, I've been keeping my calorie intake low everyday, even bought a brand spanking new nalgene bottle to have it next to me with water 24/7 in case I do get hungry. But I've read about people just stop eating junk food and fast food and not really work out and loose weight. Is that true? I stopped eating junk food and fast food, and have been working out 3 times a week 40 minutes treadmill 30 minutes weights (have a chest press machine at home).

    Guys, I've been doing the Saitama's workout (100 push-up, 100 sit-up and walking 10 km mon-fri. I do this variation because I had a knee surgery) and has worked for me. I've lost 10 pounds in a month. You can try it if you want to.

    wasn't exercising for like 1 year... it asked if I'm fit, I'm like: yeah I'm fit, I can handle it. Shit went blank after one session of training. Only hyperbolising, but that was insanely tough. Made me realize that I seriously need to get my training game back on.

    you should use a different variable for the goals. if the fitness level is x already, it will be overwritten once you define the goals as x, too.
