Ribs 2 Ways (Carolina Mop/Korean BBQ) No Wrap

- I've been craving ribs so I made 2 kinds. One with a Carolina Mop No Wrap No Sauce. One with Korean style BBQ sauce with a Korean style dry rub. On the Char-Griller Acorn Auto Kamado with B & B charcoal with 2 chunks of apple wood. Both of these racks came out great. So stick around and check it out. Step by step.

Carolina Mop
1/2 gal white vinegar
slices of lemon
1 cup white sugar
1/4 Cup coarse black pepper
2 Tablespoons cyenne
1/2 Tablespoons ref pepperr flakes
Korean BBQ Sauce
2-3 Cloves garlic choped
1 inch ginger mincd
1/3 Cup Korean Chile Paste (Gochujang)
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 Cup brwn sugar
1 Tablespoons Sesame oil
1 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
1 Tablespoon avocado oil
Korean Spice Rub
1 Tablespoon Sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon koren chile powder
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Hey Chuck, I got in the habit of removing the membrane a long time ago, it's just a preference thing. I've always wrapped, but I think I'm liking unwrapped much better. I appreciate you stopping by my friend

LOL Gochujang is Korean fermentd chile paste. Gochugaru is Korean chile powder. Good stuff.
