Hey XP PEN, I very recently purchased this tablet, and followed the instructions to the letter, using this, the manual, and even other videos as guides. But for whatever reason, although the tablet turns on, if always says "No Signal". And I know for a fact that everything is plugged in the correct way. I spoke to customer support and supposedly it could be the HDMI cable. Could that be the case, and if so, could I receive a replacement cable?

wait a minute, your own video shows the configuration not being saved... whats going on!? You literally imported the config and it reset it to defaults (e.g. both buttons on the pen were meant to be "function key" but reset to the defaults)
Does the HDMI and black USB cable have to be plugged into the monitor of my PC? I have them plugged into the tower because my monitor only has 1 HDMI port and no USB ports but not getting any signal.
Actually... they did. From 1:32-1:51 - it's just incredibly easy. You download, click to open where you downloaded the file at and click the install button and that's literally it.
@@bishoujosteph yes it was very easy indeed. However it still doesn't stop the video from being next to useless. Both in speed and in visual markers, it cannot be read or understood. If they had lowered the brightness, pulled the frame in tighter... There was many ways to improve it, end of.

I can write my own install for this software while taking a shit, but I can't get the input to display on the device from a TV/Computer. We are looking for technical information, not some basic crap that we can get off of their website. All they had shown us was the UI which doesn't help with connectivity, but preferences for the device. They didn't show us anything useful.
For the XP-Pen 15.6 (not the pro version) what do you do if your laptop doesn't have a cd disk compartment as the 15.6 to install the software you have to put the disk in that comes with it

Hi. I'm left handed and for this tablet I know I have to flip the monitor over for me to use it , but I notice my laptop screen is flipped over too. Is there anyway to fix that? I wanna use my laptop monitor separately from my tablet monitor. I hope that makes sense
Hi, please make sure you are working on the extended mode first. Then select the 180 degrees in the display setting of the driver. Physical rotate of the Artist 15.6Pro screen lastly. You'll work on the left mode then. :)
Hi, we do not provide programs so far, you have to download them by yourselves. Our tablet is compatible with most of the software in the market, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Sai, Krita.,etc
Hi, you could try to plug the black USB and HDMI to your computer to check does it work. If yes, it means your computer can provide enough power on the Artist 15.6Pro. If not, you have to plug the red USB to wall outlet to work.
Got mine a few weeks ago and have been dealing with a slight problem. The pointer and the tip of my pen is still not in sync even after I calibrated the tablet. explain xp pen. You've put in the promotional video of 15.6 pro that it wont have parallax. Help me to fix this.

Hi, if you use an HDMI to USB adapter, check if your adapter and computer are matchable. Then check if your computer or laptop supports an external display? If still can't work, write to service@xp-pen.com, better a video describing the issue attached.
I’m having a problem with mine... when I turn it on it just stays black. It doesn’t show the xp pen logo or the computer screen, it’s just black. The pen still works tho.

Hey, just bought this product a few days ago. When I add an Express Key profile(using the plus button) and save the keys that I want, as soon as I export the configuration and import it later, the express key profiles are lost. Every time I close the PenTablet settings window, I have to add the profiles I want again. Any idea why this is happening? I'm trying to have two express key profiles for Krita and Asperite, but I can't do that due to losing the express keys. Every time I shut my computer down, I have to set all the keys again..
Clicked 'Default' in the Express Keys window, wasn't happy with the default settings so I hit 'Cancel' to keep the settings that I had set up, but it saved it as the default settings anyways. The Cancel button acts the same as the OK button
Sometimes, after I change the monitor to the specific one that I want(the tablet), the cursor still shows up on the other monitor I don't want it on.. this makes me end up clicking on things on the wrong monitor which is frustrating
I added an express key profile(using the plus button) and gave it the keys that I wanted. I clicked the profile to ensure it was selected and selected the 'OK' button. At this point, I expected my tablet to utilize the new key binds, but it didn't. After diving in further, the only profile I can use is the 'Other' profile.. No matter what I try, I can't switch to the other express key profile
Please work on the software XP-PEN, as it's not intuitive. Rather than have one configuration set with multiple express key profiles, I have to create separate config files instead. That's fine, but it took way too long figuring out that express key profiles don't do anything. Thanks

Mine isn't working. It says "tablet not found. Please connect it and try again" All cables are correctly connected, I uninstalled other tablet drives, uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, restarted computer, yet it keeps giving me that error. How can I fix it??

@@dahliadream1876 I tried it on another computer, and it worked. They told me it could be that the computer cannot charge it properly. However, do make sure the cable that connects to the tablet goes in properly. It's so small, it doesn't connect well. It may look it is connected, and it isn't. Other than that, try on another computer to see if it works. If it doesn't on that one, they told me you may need to buy the cable to connect the tablet directly to the power. Did you try their chat service? I got assitance there.

I had this problem too. After many troubleshooting trials, In the end I got shipped a new pen.

It works as long as the device supports Windows 7 (or later), Chrome OS 88 (or later), Linux (Detailed versions) or Mac OS X 10.10 (or later).
